Privacy and Optional Usage Measurement
Reading without an account
Books, downloads, worksheets and reading programmes are available without registration or an email subscription.
Saving on your device
When you choose to save a reading place or worksheet notes, they remain in this browser on this device. Note text is not sent to Madarej. Checking programme steps saves progress locally. Each feature provides a clear or reset control. Another person using the same browser may see saved notes; avoid sensitive information on a shared device.
Optional usage measurement
Measurement begins after you allow it. We count sessions, book page views, reader openings, PDF requests, worksheet starts and completions, link-copy intentions, resumed reading and completed programme steps. Counts are grouped by day, language, book and source type: organic search, referral or direct. A file request is not proof of a completed download, and worksheet completion is self-reported rather than a test of understanding.
After consent, the browser creates a random session identifier, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. The server retains a derived fingerprint to prevent duplicate events for up to two days, and daily aggregate counts for up to 400 days. Your choice and last measured date are stored locally to identify a return on a later day. Events do not include your notes, email, phone number or full referring URL. This measurement tool is not used for advertising.
You can decline or withdraw through Usage measurement settings at the bottom of a page. Declining stops transmission and removes the local session identifier and last measured date. Earlier aggregate counts cannot be linked back to you for individual removal. Reading notes and saved places are independent optional features with their own deletion controls.
Operation and services
The hosting service processes network requests and may retain technical logs, including connection addresses and request times, for operation and security. The measurement table does not store connection addresses. Only site administrators can view the statistics dashboard. WordPress may use cookies required for administrator sign-in. These pages do not currently operate an email subscription; this policy and the consent information will be updated when one is introduced.
